Jordan Kennedy founded DLT in 2019 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He initiated the organization to empower marginalized students with essential resources and opportunities, allowing them to surpass their envisioned aspirations. DLT has already facilitated numerous students in recognizing their potential and remains committed to fostering success for individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Washpon
Kenneth Washpon is an impassioned leader focused on bringing DLT's offering to high school students. Through his recent and impactful work with Harlem Village Academies, DLT looks to pilot its first DLT Rising Leaders Program with HVA. Kenneth earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the Ross School of Business.
